...because you will smile from the minute you walk in! A fresh place, bright colors, happy decor and a simple menu prepared in the open kitchen in front of guests. Colored pans displayed above the kitchen, open fridges, cakes display and lots of blue. I loved the music, the food choices, the service, the attention... everything transports you into another dimension.
Blue is the color, wooden tables, and leather chairs. White walls and pendant lights, an industrial yet classy space.
Simple food served on colorful plates; eggs and bacon chewy bagel, Moroccan pancakes, olive oil cake and avocado eggs wrap.
Yummm... Moroccan pancakes! A premiere for me, middle eastern “Katayef” looking like pancakes served with crushed pistachio, house-made ricotta, fruit compote and honey. It’s really good! The eggs and avocado wrap is great and simple. The bagels made my heart skip a beat. OMG, do not leave without having the olive oil cake. Granola to end my experience on more happy notes.
Wait: the pancakes are orgasmic. I felt like writing more lines after every bite. Super airy pancakes, light bodied cheese, sweet red fruits compote, crunchy pistachio and sweet honey. A mint leaf decorated it in style.
A place of dreams created by a magician for sure. A favorite place when visiting New York.
