You don’t have to be a marathoner or a sports lover to be involved in The Marathon Village, it is a hub for everyone that is either running the 2017 BLOM BANK Beirut Marathon or just curious about the sports industry and the latest trends & technologies. Families, teenagers, wanna-be athletes and runners, sports enthusiasts are all welcome to discover the newly launched TRANSMED Marathon Village & take part in its activities, pick up the latest merchandise in the sports industry or just wonder around and embrace what the sports world has to offer. The TRANSMED Marathon Village will be set at the ‘Train Station, Mar Mikhael’ where we will set shop for 4 days before the Main Event ‘BLOM BANK Beirut Marathon’ and more than 45,000 runners & visitors will come to witness the latest in the Sports Industry and interact with the elites, VIPs and top Sportsmen in Lebanon & The Region. The village will cover an area of 4,000+ sqm divided into section to attract the different demographics and to cater for everyone.

Beirut Marathon Museum
Beirut Marathon Association is celebrating its 15th year anniversary this year, on this occasion, we have created a walk-through museum that showcases the evolution and growth of our marathon from an event that started with 6,000 runners to a SILVER LABEL Race with around 45,000 runners to date. The museum will highlight our main campaigns, milestones and achievements.
BLOM BANK BEIRUT MARATHON – BIB PICK UP
All participants in the BLOM BANK BEIRUT MARATHON on the 12th of November, will need to pick up their participation kits from the TRANSMED MARATHON VILLAGE over 4 days, to be able to take part.

Souk El Akel
Is a Food Celebration showcasing Lebanon’s vibrant culinary world of foods including Lebanese, Middle Eastern and International bites.
Parking
Parking lots are available around the Train Station venue.
Entertainment
An entertainment schedule has been set up to cater for all profiles and ages. KIDZMONDO will be catering to all our young visitors through plays, games and activities throughout the event. Technical Meetings, Medical Seminars and Briefings will take place on daily basis for all concerned parties getting ready to run the BLOM BANK BEIRUT MARATHON
