Guests can choose between a three-course or four-course menu, designed for leisurely afternoons shared with family and friends.
The experience begins with a selection of dim sum including Chicken Sheng Jian Bao, Prawn Har Gau, and Mixed Mushroom Dumpling, alongside maki favourites such as Goma Dragon Roll, Spicy Crab Roll, and Spicy Sake Roll. Main course options include Australian Wagyu Beef with Black Pepper Sauce, Spicy Tiger Prawn with Curry Sauce, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Black Cod with Black Bean Sauce, before concluding with desserts such as Pistachio Fondant and Banana Cake with Praline.
