Le Procope: The Oldest Restaurant in Paris
See and Be Seen

Le Procope is an iconic cafe/restaurant known as the first restaurant in Paris. Built in 1686, the place has been restored to its original feel which hosts the Salon La Fayette, Le Salon Benjamin Franklin and some art pieces which have made it into history. Key figures of the French Revolution met here, as well as many of French poets and artists.

Take a tour inside and amazement is guaranteed. Different rooms, different setups, wide saloons and decorated walls where poems and descriptions are written on the walls.

I believe the photos speak for themselves.
