I was not sure what to expect, I really didn't understand how yogurt could become the heart of a restaurant until I walked in. Tasty and fresh yogurt, topped with your choice of ingredients ranging from savory to sweet: tomatoes, mint, figs or honey to name a few.
Sundried tomatoes, olive oil, mint leaves and thyme is something you really should try. The figs, honey, poppy seeds and walnuts is a superb invention. Chia seeds, apricot and yogurt is tasty and healthy at the same time.
You might think of yogurt as Labneh, Lebanese Laban consumed with bread, or that yogurt some take to regulate their digestion. Greecologies has made of it a trend, an all-day-breakfast and a tasty treat one would crave.
