Slow service but who cares when you can enjoy your time devouring the olive oil focaccia dipped in olive oil. Lovely fluffy freshly baked Italian focaccia with premium quality olive oil while enjoying the cool winds of August and the views on the internal court of this marvelous shopping center. I’ve been here, done that and now back to enjoy the experience again. I love Eataly; you know that already.
Eataly is Italy’s greatest ambassador to the world. You can find all sorts of Italian products, watch them being produced in front of you and sit for a culinary experience you will remember. I’m a fan of the brand, following it all around the world.
Unfortunately food is not as good as I expected it to be! A dry pizza, dry cheese and lack of moisture. The crust is hard, not fluffy and not crunchy but bizarrely hard. Spaghetti, fresh pasta, is not al dente and not over cooked but bizarrely and unpleasantly hard-textured. The plate needs more sauce, more juiciness, more life!
Service! Dramatic! Slow and unorganized.
The good thing: I still love Eataly no matter what.
