Searching extensively to find the best ice cream in Paris all leads ended at Berthillon which I personally don't enjoy much. On my last trip, I spotted a shop selling indeed Paris' best ice cream, surely one of the world's finest.
A small shop in Le Marais sells one of the richest ice creams I've ever had. I've been here twice, amazed by their wide selection, beautiful colors and majestic flavors that I forgot to write a review. The moment I lay my lips on "Une Glace a Paris" ice cream it's like the world stops moving.
Sorbet framboise, sorbet mangue, fraise hibiscus, sorbet orange carotte gingembre, vanille Madagascar, chocolat de Tanzanie, sorbet cassis cannelle menthe fraîche, crème glacée pistache, caramel croquant parisien, crème glacée châtaigne, coco, banane, chocolat au lait, medovick, Cafe d'Ethiopie, vanille fumée d'Inde, mandarine, sorbet fromage blanc, sorbet pamplemousse, avocat and much much more. Their flavors are not only innovative but also tasty.
The choices speak for themselves other than the many ice cream cakes they propose.
The best I've had to date, it's the ice cream to try when visiting Paris. It has become a stopover every time I visit the French capital. It's the ice cream a review can't describe; go try it!
