Share Your Hair! #shareyouhair

After #pave_way_for_the_ambulance (#افتحوا_طريق_الاسعاف) campaign in 2017 by Public Matters Lebanon, a new campaign is released #ShareYourHair.

It sheds light on the importance of hair donation not because hair is considered as a sign of beauty but because of its deeper meaning which is the importance of being empathic and giving other during their time of need.

Public Matters Lebanon main goal is to help children develop their empathy indirectly through social topics to have future adults with communal responsibility.

Due to the importance of the topic raised, the campaign has been supported by the United Nations Information Centre in Beirut (UNIC), Ministry of Information, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health.

For those who would like to be a part of this campaign, you can donate your hair at any Joueclub branch and receive a ‘thank you’ gift upon donation. Or you can get a free haircut wherever you see #shareyouhair stickers on hairdressers’ doors.
