I rarely enjoy a hotel this much and Hyatt Union Square was one I truly enjoyed. It wasn’t for the stars it carried, not for the luxury offered, but it’s their attention to details that left me amazed. Hyatt Union Square hotel is managed by a young team of professionals who know exactly what they are doing… My week was a memorable and I would recommend it to my friends planning on visiting the Big Apple.
The experience starts as you arrive… the hotel door is opened, as the receptionist welcomes you with attention while you're shown to your room. A small lobby that’s full of positive vibes and good music, with a lounge that occupies the right side and two restaurants take over the left side. I was enchanted.

The room can be described as a spacious living area with a view on the street. It has a large bathroom, a working desk and one of the most relaxing beds and pillows I've ever seen in a hotel. I slept like a baby the whole 9 nights.

A lot of things would make me come back; some of which include some small details like the attentive staff who make sure to call you by your name... the porter who stands outside at the door welcoming guests into the hotel, the staff at the reception with continuous smiles on their faces, and always find something nice to tell you…
Internet in the room is super fast and I love it. I think I uploaded more than a terra bite of data in a week. The air conditioning unite is also well equilibrated and wen you put it at 21 degrees, it simply respects it without freezing. Showers have a good power and the shampoo is soothing.
I tried the restaurant "The Fourth" for breakfast and lunch and both were good. Please feel free to read the different reviews.
I really couldn't find a single negative point. I paid $330 per night in high season and believe me it was worth each penny.
