I’m not sure what it is with burgers around the city but there is one on every corner; I presume people crave a burger after smoking in this city of wild discoveries. After trying Lombardo’s burger, it was time to test the neighbor “Burger Fabriek”.
The concept of Burgerfabriek is a combination of old essence in a contemporary suit. An industrial and rough, but cushy space; and a kitchen based on organic, primary, quality ingredients, with a touch of sophistication.
Burgerfabriek features also comfortable tables where you can tap your own beer, escape the crowds and queues, and just enjoy an always-fresh delicious beer.
The meat is good but I can’t say the same about the bun. A richly juicy pure beef patty stuffed between two hard bodied buns looking and tasting like a French baguette.
