Three nights at L'Estelle en Camargue were just enough to drain out all the stress away. Four days of relaxation and calmness, in an ambiance of peace and serenity. Every morning, my biological alarm would just wake me up naturally, and a feeling of hunger just led me towards the pool - where I would sit and enjoy L'estelle's unique breakfast.

The quality and freshness of the ingredients stayed the same a day after the other, enjoying their unique croissants, crispy bread, non oily salmon, the unique choice of dried fruits and much more.
The croissant is extraordinary: When we tasted this unique piece of creations we thought to ourselves: "That's better than the ones we have had at Paul's or Fauchon". Could L'estelle have a special in-house recipe? It turned out to be frozen croissants that he cooks on the spot every morning. They are to die for.
The best part of breakfast are the eggs: We ordered those two days in a row and received the same perfect taste but prepared differently. The first day, the eggs were prepared with fried bacon on top. As for the second, two simple and clear eggs were offered with a plate of fried bacon. Both were just amazing, generous and tasty. The pictures talk for themselves.
As for the service, it's just the cherry on top. The staff, always happy, is just ready to make sure that you start your day perfectly. The cutlery is changed immediately without asking, the plates are cleaned, the coffee is refilled and the buffet refilled in a smooth synchronized way.
