Starting my day on the canal in Amsterdam, seated by the window and enjoying a luxurious breakfast, I wished time stopped. Fresh bread, French cheese, hot coffee and amazing eggs Benedict, the experience was memorable from start to end. Spending the week at De L’Europe hotel, I discovered Amsterdam from its heart out, at walking minutes from the red light district, “IAmsterdam” sign and the museums.
I fell in love with this hotel, its class, and refinement in every detail.
Located in the heart of Amsterdam with an impressive view of the canals and streets, this five-star mansion welcomes you for a relaxing stay while proposing dinner at its one star Michelin and brasserie by the water. Staff is trained to amaze from the minute you walk into the second you leave, with a wide smile on their face, they make sure you are pampered all the way.
Breakfast is served every morning and will cost you 42€. Eggs any style, a buffet of fine choices, fruits and cereals, bread and viennoiseries. All you need without sophistication and complication. I loved everything, the fluffy pancakes, the unique eggs Benedict, the croissants and the quality of cheeses and hams.
An exciting and relaxing experience I’ll make sure to include breakfast in my booking next time I’m staying at De L’Europe hotel.
