One of only three members of the prestigious association in Lebanon, Kanaan is also the Middle East’s youngest member of the Clefs D’Or, whose crossed-key badge graces the lapels of hotel concierges across more than fifty countries and serves as a symbol of quality of service, commitment and passion.
With her finger firmly on the pulse of Beirut, Nour was part of the Hotel’s pre-opening team before being promoted to Concierge Supervisor. Her in-depth knowledge, genuine desire and willingness to help guests navigate the city characterizes all her interactions, accompanied by a real passion and love for the city that has been her home for 24 years.
