KFC has taken the concept of "finger lickin' good" to a whole new level. How? The company just launched an edible collection of nail polish with Original and Hot & Spicy flavors. Yes you heard right...
The polish is made in conjunction with McCormick & Company, which produces the spices for KFC’s chicken. It has yet to be mass produced but could be available in the second half of this year.
According to Adweek, the KFC nail polishes come in two flavors: Original and Hot & Spicy. Shudder. And KFC meant business when they created these polishes: Apparently the brand consulted with food technologists at McCormick, the seasoning company that provides the "secret mix of 11 herbs and spices" that's in KFC's famous chicken in order to develop the formula. "To use, consumers simply apply and dry like regular nail polish, and then lick—again and again and again."
This is only available in Hong Kong.
Not sure how this sounds... what do you think?
