The World's Longest Manouche Record to be Broken this Sunday

Record Biggest Manouche Lebanon

As the Mankouche is one of the most popular food items in Lebanon, the Scouts of Saint Joseph - Antoura, are organizing an event to break the record of the largest Mankouche in the world. The main goal of this event is to help multiple NGOs by donating all the money raised from this gathering.

The manouche will be made of dough and topped with Za'atar and olive oil.

The mankouche will be accomplished in the following way: one large table of 600 Meters will be set, with the mankouche prepared on it, and 3 movable ovens will be used to bake the mankouche.

This event will take place at Zouk Mikael Nouhad Nawfal Stadium, on the 25th of June 2017.
