The Biggest McDonald's in the World for the Olympics

London 2012 Olympics announced a winner - the world's biggest McDonald's. It opens July 28, one day after the opening ceremony.

Construction is done and final preparations nearly complete, located right in the middle of the Olympic park.

The 3,000-square-foot restaurant is one of just four McDonald's at the Olympic park. And all that wood, made mostly from recycled timber, looks pretty nice. This specific outpost will be staffed by 200 employees at any given time and serve up to 1,200 customers an hour.

The eatery, however, won't be the "largest McDonald's" for long; it'll be dissembled after six weeks when the games are over.
