It's the world we're living in, the world of beautiful things and wondrous people, it's a beautiful life and I'm enjoying every single second of it... I'm even more satisfied confirming the magic of life when I meet people like Lee, owner of Story Deli, winner of the world's best pizza.

The first visit here was simply magical, a dark dimmed space, a home away from home, a white room with wooden tables and a kitchen set behind a white curtain. It's not your usual pizza place, it's a hole in the wall down in Shoreditch, an individual house serving real ecological and natural food, pizzas without yeast.

Reach a calm place - there is no sign, no lights - only a paper on the door asking you to knock. I pushed the door to discover what looks like a kind of kitchen, a place that doesn't look as a restaurant. It was dark, candle lit and three long wooden tables take refuge. Three long wooden tables on which a set of knives, forks, napkins and olive oil bottles are posed. A long wall of white fabrics separates the dining space from the kitchen and still calm takes over... Pure silence in a purity of white. Under the high white ceiling, a square restaurant oozes positive vibes. A paper menu, a table shared by many, sounds of the pizza oven and the candles that give some light, just for you to read the menu.

Meet Lee, the owner, a man full of life and satisfaction, happy to be alive and doing what he does. Mr. Lee has 9 pizzas on the menu which he prepares back in the kitchen. A very thin dough topped with those ingredients creating a mountain of enjoyment. He uses real organic ingredients and the price of £18 is justified.

It is magical, authentic, traditional, positive and simple. The place is where you have to come specially from wherever you are in the world. It's way more than those aubegrines or this goat cheese, Parmesan or oregano, it's even more deep than the mushroom or chorizo, it's a pizza that will make think again about food or how you look at it.

The man and his wife sitting together in front of the computer, a camera on the side maybe preparing the next set of photos.

Pizzas, beautiful colorful round objects made of a super crispy dough, fresh ingredients and a mountain of fresh greens. It's not about the pizza itself but more about the love it has into it. It's something magical glowing with the passion put in them.

The pizzas are simply unique on all levels. Every ingredient is felt richly and purely without covering the other. Olive oil like no other, tomatoes treated differently, peppers roasted with care, rocket leaves that cut so easily, Parma that's full of taste, chili to add a hint of sweetness, cherry tomatoes cut in half and cooked on the dough and organic rockets that erupt flavor... Unbelievable mix of heavily ingredients created an unidentified pizza that is so orgasmic. Real flavors, fresh ingredients. It's where you'll close your eyes and travel to what reality is. Real people producing real food.

The best part is obviously the dough: A thin dough, thinner than a French crepe that's constituted purely of flour, water and salt -no yeast. The thin, transparent dough that's so fresh and so crunchy reminded me of the Markouk bread we have back home. Despite its thinness, the dough isn't even slacked by the hundred ingredients, soft in the middle and crunchy on the borders, it just makes you moan from joy.

It's not Italian it's not American. It's not like anything you've had before and I hope you'll enjoy it as much as I do.
