Smokey chicken shawarma, CO2 chicken and soujok, XX or XY for him and her, the BC, Atomic chicken, Smokey beef, nutrient beef, and feta cheese, the BB, atomic spicy beef. They have exciting sides like the TNT fries made with dynamite sauce.
I like the details but do not approve the lack of photos: it’s called street food after all. Climb two stairs to reach the shawarma display and kitchen. A clock where food and lab logos replace numbers. Spices jars decorating the walls. The shawarma skewers are clean and visible to see. Staff is clean and wears hairnets.
Good food is served here! Complicated things that turned out to be interesting. Tender Saj bread stuffed with juicy meat, an excellent quality of premium beef adequately marinated. The sandwiches at Shawarma Lab use crunchy crispy shredded potatoes, adding more flavor without reducing the power of the main ingredient. Chicken is as juicy as the meat, adequately marinated.
The BC is excellent and deserves a paragraph of its own. Double molten cheese with a smoky flavor, juicy tomatoes, crisp fresh lettuce, crunchy potato chips, and a sweet barbecue sauce. I loved the bread wrap that feels like a blend of tortilla and Lebanese bread combined. I adored the mix and richness of complex flavors. That’s a sandwich I would crave again.
The XX! Wow!!!! Super spicy, super juicy, super fun! Tannour bread wrapped around a juicy heart of joy. Guacamole, crispy fries, lettuce and that super special spicy sauce that kicks up to your ears. Bravo for such an awesome creation that’s not for the faint of heart.
The Atomic is different because of its crunchy bread, spicy red sauce, the balance of parsley and mint leaves, juicy beef and fresh tomatoes: it is spicy! Super-duper spicy and enjoyable.
Shawarma Lab has taken the “Shawarma Sandwich” to another level, and I love it!!!!
