Menemen is a Turkish specialty made of scrambled eggs, tomatoes, extra cheese crumbles and peppers served on tomato bread pain de Mie. It’s indeed so good! Fresh, flavorful... it tickles your taste buds, it caresses your nostrils, it draws a smile on the face.
I loved the pancakes, thick fluffy pancakes with a heart of warm Nutella. The pancakes come with a bowl of fruits on the side.
PS: if only waiters smiled! What is it with you people of Istanbul. None, yes... none of the fifteen restaurants’ waiters I’ve met this week smiled or welcomed professionally.
