Hundreds of customers standing in line, a place loaded with people, thirty employees or more preparing burgers in the open kitchen, In-N-Out is still California’s most famous burger place... everyone wants you to try it when traveling there... is it as good as people claim?
Famous for the taste? I doubt! Famous for the price, the freshness, the speed and sexiness? Sure! It’s my fourth time and I still don’t understand why this place is famous. The burger patty is so small, the bun is so sticky and the burger is loaded with vegetables making this burger like any other without even an edge of taste. The fries are undercooked, over salty and not even crispy and enjoyable. Probably fresher than other places, less fatty and prepared a-la-Minute, In-N-Out is famous but this doesn’t mean it’s the best burger you can have.
I’m still convinced that it’s famous because of the name, the hype and trendiness without being the tastiest burger one must try when visiting a California. I confirm that I’m not a fan.
