Heineken Cool Can Will Tell When It's Cold Enough to Drink

Heineken has unveiled limited edition beer cans that reacts to the low temperatures. The design developed by the French agency Raison Pure Paris uses cold-activated ink to present consumers with a fun surprise when they chill their beer. Coolcan_raison-pure_01 Part of the graphic design on the “Cool Can Edition” has been rendered in the cold-activated ink, which only becomes visible when the can is exposed to a low temperature of 0ºC, indicating that the beer is suitably cold enough to be enjoyed. When the cans will be released has not been revealed yet.
