I do drive all the way from Beirut to Enjoy Tony’s superb tannour bread and exceptional wood-fire shawarma wraps. At the entrance of Kibayat, Akkar’s jewel village, Tony welcomes you with vibes of positivity and happiness.

“Hatbe w Nar” is not your conventional bakery, not a restaurant and not a cafe, “Hatbe W Nar” is your ticket down memory lane. Tony managed to recreate the flavors of our past, tannour bread the way our ancestors used to do it, hard textured full bodied Labneh, exceptional hummus covered with minced meat and almonds... most importantly the unique wood-fired shawarma.
