In less than a week, February starts and with it comes a new flavor for cronut at Dominique Ansel’s bakery. The genius behind the breakfast hybrid usually features a unique cronut flavor that changes each month, this week he announced that February’s cronut will be Raspberry Lychee.
The pastry is stuffed with both raspberry confiture and lychee ganache and the glaze has freeze-dried raspberry bits mixed with lemon juice and dusted with lemon zest sugar. Sounds perfect for the year's most saccharine love-themed holiday!
