Royalists and Royal Wedding fans based in Dubai and Abu Dhabi can celebrate the upcoming nuptials of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle with cakes that will match the Royal Wedding cake itself.
The happy couple have broken with tradition and instead of a fruitcake they have chosen a lemon elderflower cake with buttercream icing, covered with edible flowers. Kensington Palace released a statement saying that the bride and groom have engaged American pastry chef, Claire Ptak to create their memorable cake.
Those eager to sample a taste of the royal cake this May can head to Magnolia Bakery for cupcakes and cakes that will emulate the flavour of the this summer's most memorable dessert.
