Amazing food, great colored and loaded with flavors, breakfast at Eight Am was memorable. I loved the waffles with whipped cream and red fruits. The bagel texture, the salmon quality, the cream cheese taste. The croissant is an innovative compilation of awesome ingredients. I enjoyed my time so much that I ended up taking a dozen videos which you can all watch on YouTube.
Eight AM shall make it on my Top10 list of breakfasts to have in San Francisco.
