Walking on the streets of St Catherine… passing by so many restaurants we felt a craving for some yummy burgers… After hearing so much about this place we said why not give it a try… Located in the heart of downtown, Dundees offers you the best place to appreciate the scene and culture of Montréal and to enjoy delicious meals with fabulous drinks.
It wasn't a busy day… we were one of the few customers in the restaurant… but hey! we are here to enjoy some good food… the waitress escorted us to our table and gave us the menu… it had a wide variety of burgers, pizzas, sandwiches… Located on the corner of Crescent and Maisonneuve streets, Dundees Bar and Grill offers you a relaxed atmosphere to enjoy a delicious meal. The menu offers a wide variety such as fresh pasta, a succulent steak, juicy burgers, ribs that fall off the bone or simply enjoy a drink and the great view of Crescent street from the Terrace.
What to eat? so many mouthwatering platters…
Going through the menu many times we decided to have some burgers.. non of us was thinking wether its healthy or not... we just wanted to have some good food…
We were three persons… we ordered two burgers and a grilled chicken plate
- Portobello havarti burger
- Cheese burger
- Charred chicken filet
all accompanied with crispy fries.
The Food:
- The cheeseburger was juicy, mouthwatering, although the only ingredients where the patty,tomato and pickles, and of course the cheese!
- The portobello included a patty with some havarti cheese... and of course the main ingredient. the portobello mushroom… it was a delight…
- As for the charred chicken… I haven't tasted it but by the looks of it was delicious and of course served with crispy fries and some vegetables….
The only thing that would have added a positive point to our experience was the music..We would have surely enjoyed some tunes with our meal
