Now for the eggs! It was the first time that I taste a hollandaise created as of it was a cake cream. A rich and perfect hollandaise, shaken and stirred into a mousse-like creation, embracing two perfectly poached eggs on a bed of fluffy muffins. The mix has an alcohol flavor, something different that caresses your nostrils as you savor it. Bravo chef!
The omelet, as good as the Benedicts, diced vegetables cooked with scrambled eggs keeping them moist and juicy. The omelet looking different than conventions ones also tastes better.
A great hotel and amazing breakfast; I was pleasantly surprised and amazed during my stay; happy to be starting this year with a smile.
