Lunch is served:
- Tuna tataki with sesame seeds served on a bed of cucumbers and rice noodles with oyster sauce. Large chunks of tuna, marinated, juicy and flavorful with the sesame adding a roast grilling taste. Enjoyed it. Not an average plate everyone will enjoy due to its complex textures and flavors.
- Calamari, grilled and marinated in sweet and sour sauce sauce is served like a salad, a mountain of greens surrounded by thinly sliced cucumbers, giant capers and calamari spaghetti style. Good quality, good taste, good balance.
- Smoked eggplant tortellini with tulum cheese and tomato sauce. An eye candy plate that makes the mouth water, five rolls of tortellini stuffed with smokey eggplant and bathing in creamy tomato sauce, served with crunchy pecan nuts and topped with Parmesan cheese. Pasta cooked al dente hosting a hundred flavors and aromas taking a simple Italian plate to another level.
- A wooden board hosts the club sandwich. Three layers of toasted bread, chicken, smoked beef, hard boiled and vegetables. Where is the guacamole? Why is t so dry? It needs a load of sauce and juiciness and surely some mayonnaise. The fries on another hand, truffle fries are cut small, toasted to perfection, crunchy and aromatic. Loved them!
The details of this restaurant make all the difference. Wet napkins land on the table between appetizers and main plates. Frozen towels give you a refreshed feeling after your lunch. Napkins feel like silk. Plates are beautifully decorated with dedication. Music around the restaurant is enchanting. Staff is so welcoming, professional and smiley.
Don't skip dessert, the Black Forest cake is a must! It's a majestic piece of a cake. What presentation: A round glass plate covered with cherry sauce and decorated with chocolate papers, gold leaves, strawberries and cream. A square piece of cake sits high in the middle. Moist, rich, lightly sweet, juicy... It made me lick my lips instantly. I said WOW!
