Up on the first floor at Beirut International Airport is the big lounge most of us know, but there's another smaller one for other airlines called Beirut Lounge, located on the right side of the floor. It is smaller but surely calmer.
Beirut Lounge is calm, cozy and relaxing. A square space decorated with wood panels covering the walls, large white tiles, a small buffet and a view of the tarmac. A mix of yellow and white lights and an LCD TV add freshness to the space. Choose any of the many local magazines or daily newspapers while sitting on the leather grey sofas. Individual seats surround white tables.
The food is basic. A platter of oriental sweets from Hallab, a tray of cookies, mini croissants and fatayer bites... And that's it! With that is a selection of alcoholic drinks, water and soft drinks.
This lounge was inaugurated on the first of September 2013 for non-Skyteam members, reducing the load on the main Cedar Lounge.
A classy and calm lounge.
Fresh and cozy, expect to come here for a calm moment before your flight and not to eat or fulfill your cravings. Check the photos so you know what to expect.
