It's a small bakery, probably like any other bakery, decorated with blue colors. This hole in the wall located on Zalka's internal road in Amaret Chalhoub has impressed me for the last two months; a unique manousheh, a halloumi burger, and the famous Knefeh Naboulsieh baked in the oven. Taste the village in Beirut, a fluffy dough, a unique zaatar, a spread of Labneh and a mix of crisp vegetables. Make sure to enjoy the knefeh and come back for lunch. I have a favorite bakery; it's called Baker's Bake.
Must try: whole wheat dough stuffed with labneh, zaatar, and vegetables.
