If you're reading my reviews, most of the times, my complaints are about smoking and stuffy places where people are allowed to smoke... In August of 2011, Lebanon's parliament passed the new decree where smoking is banned in public places. This is due to take effect in September of this year. I for one am happy about this... To show support for this new law, ABC, one of Lebanon's most popular malls, has launched their campaign against smoking in whole of the mall, except restaurants. On one day a week, which will be every Monday, restaurants will also be smoke free. I don't know how effective this will be but I think it's a good initiative to start with.
