Two items that need a review! Have you ever enjoyed a zaatar baguette mixed with zaatar (wild Lebanese thyme) inside out! A crunchy French baguette topped with Lebanese zaatar, and even mixed with on the inside. Cut it to discover a light green pulp, lightly oily, shiny, and loaded with flavors. I couldn’t imagine it other than being spread with Labneh (Lebanese yogurt cream), and a drizzle of olive oil.
The croissant is as good: flaky, fresh, buttery, and loaded with that same acidic mix. Yes, zaatar in Paris and, tastier than a thousand baguette and croissant in Lebanon.
You have to try them.
