A La Place St Georges is a French brasserie which I have recently tried. This is one of the few times where I set foot in a place where I feel neutral. It's not a great place and at the same time it's not bad one. It's a weird feeling, I can't put my finger on. But I know that I was not driven to come back again...

- Black and red leather chairs fill the two floors around brown square tables
- One single round table hosting four person is located in the corner
- A real brasserie feel, the bar, the draft beer and the busy action
- Low ceiling, a bit claustrophobic
- Posters decorate the walls
- A smooth carpet
- Some books, deposited over the window, used as decorative items

Some of the food we ordered:
- The purée is mixed with cheese. Homemade and good even though needed some salt
- The meat is good
- Carbonara is over cooked and requires more flavoring. It's dull
- Nothing extraordinary about the burger. My friend tells me a 05/10 is the maximum deserved
- The french fries are crispy and tasty
- Salad is average. Nothing special or extraordinary about it
