Housed in a New York City landmark building, the Flatiron Hotel is a modern boutique hotel with luxurious amenities combined with European elegance. The 65 small rooms feature big windows for panoramic views of the city outside and double, queen or king size beds furnished with 600-thread count linens, the perfect place to enjoy the flat television and wireless internet access. The bathrooms feature Jacuzzi bathtubs or Swiss rainfall showers with six adjustable shower heads, as well as a television inside the mirror.
Landmarks abound, and besides the famous Flatiron building itself, one of New York's oldest surviving skyscrapers, there's also the MetLife Tower, the tallest building in the world when it was completed in 1909. The Empire State Building is also visible from the hotel and the bright lights and bustling crowds of Times Square are within walking distance.
Too dimmed, tight and dark for my taste but this hotel has one of the best locations you can imagine booking.
