Avenue is the hotel’s breakfast and lunch restaurant located at the end of the hall facing the reception. Despite its bad service, the food was excellent, the tastiest I’ve had in Las Vegas for the last two days. An exceptional eggs sandwich made with a toasted brioche bun loaded with butter with a fresh yellow look and loaded with eggs and crispy bacon. Moist and juicy eggs, molten cheddar cheese and great bacon. With a side of thick fries, this plate is a must try. Eggs Benedict, the American way, hollandaise sauce and thick ham with a side of hash browns potatoes. The red believer pancakes are the best, a stack of six burgundy colored pancakes ready to be drizzled with maple syrup. Fluffy and airy pancakes, non-chewy and enjoyably spongy. Probably one of the shortest reviews without going into the restaurant’s decor and menu content; I loved it.
The good: I enjoyed my food, the plates generous content, and presentation. My coffee was refilled twice, the vibes are nice, light is strong, music is soothing... staying at the MGM, stop by Avenue Cafe.
